Dreams do come true...

In the past few month I have talked about dreams a lot, and last week one of my dreams came true.  It was a glorious day.  Before I get into that, I would like to share my list of dreams or things I would like to do before I die.  Here they are:

1. Obtain as many degrees as I can and then become a janitor at BYU
2. Have dreads (I told Megan I don't care how old I am, I can be 70 and bald with a little bit of hair on the sides and I will still do this at some point in my life)
3. Beat Steve Sandberg at Trivial Pursuit
4. Do an Ironman
5. Buy a motorcycle

Well, thanks to increasing gas prices and an awesome wife, the winner is... dream # 5!  Thanks Megan, you are the coolest wife in the world.

So, here's to dreams coming true!  (I just hope I don't die, or worse...)

Yay! I am so glad to see a helmet on you, James. Sean would be envious, I think I will not show him this post.....

Megan requires me to, and I think it is kind of dumb not to wear one. I hope you guys are doing well and that the baby comes soon!

What's worse than dying James?

You know what is worse than dying... you told me that I need to think about it every time I go out and ride.

SO Jealous! Make sure you don't ride in Provo. That is a death sentence in itself.

Haha, thanks for the advice!

I'm happy for you. Terry loves his. It does help a lot with the gas budget, but it's also one of the few fun things he gets to do. It's an "out" for him. We have a helmet rule too. Never forget it.

@Heidi - Don't hate on the slippers...

Hey James - Congrats! I am happy for you. And hey, I know someone you could do an ironman with -- my bro. Mike was lined up to do 7 of them until he broke his femur and pelvic bone in multiple places. He is looking forward to building up to one in a year or two when he is completely healed. ~Laura
