Babies, Halloween, the Pledge of Allegiance, and Other Stuff

We have been blog slackers... Megan has a legitimate excuse, but I sure don't...

Megan is due in June.  We are pretty excited to say the least.  Just not sure how we are going to manage three kids.  I am sure we will figure something out.  If not, we can always give away Koby or Lincoln.  Any takers?

This last month an a half have gone by really fast.  We have had a ton of fun, but it stinks that it's getting colder.  With the change in weather, we are confined to our house a bit more, so we have had to be creative.  We usually end up wrestling, playing zombies, or Nerf gun fighting (which is usually Megan and I sitting in the boy's rooms shooting at them as they run by :) )

Just doing a little dancin' in the basement.

Hanging out in the dryer.

Getting eaten by two little zombies.

Playing some music for mom :)

Here are a few videos too!

Halloween was a blast this year.  We decided against carving pumpkins... the whole knife and small children that like to pretend to be Ninja Turtles didn't seem like they would mix well.  Instead we let the kids paint their pumpkins.

Grandma Huntington sent the boys some fun Halloween activities.

We made haunted gingerbread houses.

Emily and Shane came over and went Trick-or-treating with us.

On another note, Koby has been loving preschool.  He is really excited because he just started learning how to read.  He is doing pretty awesome... must have my jeans (or Megan's because I really just spelled genes like that...).

He is learning the Pledge of Allegiance too!

He always says, "I know it's 'and justice for all' but I like to say 'August.'"

At the end of October, I had a chance to speak after a Draper City Council meeting about childhood sexual abuse.  It was a great experience, and I just wanted to thank everyone that came and supported us.

I am jumping all over the place, but I guess that is bound to happen when you don't blog for a month and a half.  So, last week, in preparation for Thanksgiving, for Family Night, we made a thankful tree.  It was pretty fun hearing about all the random things Koby is thankful for.  As for Linc, he is thankful for Lightning McQueen :)

Well, this post is officially getting out of hand, so I best wrap it up.  A couple days ago it was my birthday.  I took the day off and hung out with Megan and the boys.  It was a great day!  We went out to lunch, took naps, and ate more good food.  That night, Emily, Shane, Sherry, Cameron, and Sean came over for some cake.  It was a blast!  I couldn't have asked for more.

Koby drew some awesome pictures for me.

Me at work.

Ok, ok, now I will be done with this.  The other day, I asked Megan if she liked it when I texted her, "I love you," when I got to work with a "." or an "!"  She said she preferred a picture...  So the next day I sent her this.
